Permanent residence permit - non-EU

Non-EU citizens can apply for a Permanent Residence Permit after living in the Czech Republic for five years (some exceptions may apply). This permit offers long-term stability, allowing unrestricted work, access to healthcare, social benefits, and pension eligibility.

Permanent residence permit for newborns in Czechia

Newborns of non-EU citizens in the Czech Republic receive the highest residency status held by either parent. If you have a Permanent Residence Permit, your newborn can obtain one too, ensuring stability, healthcare, education, and future residency rights.

Blue Card / Blue Card Extension

Long-term visa and Long-term residence permit – family

Czech CITIZENSHIP by "Descent"

Depending on your family history, you may qualify for Czech citizenship even next to your current one. Citizenship by descent allows you to claim the citizenship of your Czech or Czechoslovak ancestors as a birthright. Under specific circumstances, it applies to adopted children too. Temporary protection visa (for Ukrainian refugees)

Temporary protection is granted to Ukrainian nationals displaced by the ongoing conflict, allowing them to stay legally in the Czech Republic. It provides the right to live, work, and access healthcare, education, and social services while they cannot return to their home country.
